IQBA Virgin Queen

Virgin queens offer great value at less than half the price of a mated queen. A virgin queen is a queen that has not yet mated with drones. Virgin queens can be a good choice if you have multiple colonies that need queens. Virgin queens work best with a colony that no longer is capable of making a queen but still has brood present.

Virgin queens can be directly released or released from a cage just like a mated queen. Usually eggs can be found ten to twenty-one days after introduction.

Virgin queens need to be installed as soon as possible after pickup.
