RETURN POLICY HONEY PRODUCTS

I stand behind the quality of my honey products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your order within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges.

To start a return, just email me at mccombees@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. I’ll send you instructions on how to return them. All honey products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Items that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for return. Once I receive your return, I’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me right away at mccombees@gmail.com. I’ll provide instructions on how to return the item(s) and make sure a replacement is sent. Please note that I cannot accept returns on final sale items.  Also, since honey is a natural product, it may crystallize over time. This is not a defect—it’s a natural process that doesn’t affect the quality or taste of the honey.

RETURN POLICY NUCS

Once the Nuc(s) leave my care I cannot guarantee performance or health. Due to many factors that influence colony health including unforeseen complications during transportation or individual beekeeping practices, I do not guarantee my Nucs(s) or provide refunds once the Nucs(s) have left my care. Nucs cannot be exchanged. If I am not able to fulfill your order I will reimburse your deposit.

RETURN POLICY QUEENS, VIRGIN QUEENS & QUEEN CELLS

Once the queen(s), virgin queen(s) and/or queen cell(s) leave my care I cannot guarantee their acceptance into your hive, their performance, or their health. Due to many factors that influence queen(s), virgin queen(s) and/or queen cell(s) health and introduction success, including unforeseen complications during transport or individual beekeeping practices, I do not guarantee my queen(s), virgin queen(s) and/or queen cell(s) or provide refunds once the queen(s), virgin queen(s) and/or queen cell(s) have left my care. If I am not able to fulfill your order I will reimburse your deposit.
